In Norse mythology, a Valkyrie is a female figure who serves Odin, the chief god. Valkyries are often depicted as warrior maidens who ride horses. Their main role is selecting the most heroic warriors who died in battle and transporting them safely to Valhalla (the hall of the slain).
The Valkyries are seen as intermediaries between life and death, offering a warrior’s soul a chance at an eternal, glorious existence.

Valkyrie was founded by two dedicated sisters, Brittany and Ali, who share a passion for providing dependable and professional transportation services. Drawing on their backgrounds in health care and customer service, they set out to fill a vital need in the industry, offering reliable and respectful transportation solutions.
Ali Weden RN, MSN, CMSRN, PHN
Ali is a compassionate RN, with a Master’s degree in Nursing and a background as a Public Health Nurse. With a strong commitment to community care and public health, she has made a unique impact by founding her own mortuary transportation company. Ali’s deep understanding of healthcare systems and her empathetic approach, allow her to provide dignified, reliable services during sensitive times. Her entrepreneurial spirit, combined with her clinical expertise, drives her to ensure that customers receive the highest level of care.
Brittany Anderson
Brittany is a dedicated professional with a diverse background as both an EMT and a sales expert.
